It is anticipated that EMS staff will be returning to the office full-time on September 7, 2021. As such, barring any change to these plans, the waiver of using ERT and the allowance for submissions via email rather than hard-copy/CD is being rescinded effective on September 7, 2021. Test reports for tests conducted using non-ERT protocols submitted or approved prior to this date do not have to be submitted using ERT. Please note that we are working on a project that will allow for CROMERR-compliant electronic submittals to EMS via the DEP Portal which will eventually replace all/most hard-copy/CD submittals.
