Revisions to Test Methods, Performance Specifications, and Testing Regulations for Air Emission Sources
EPA recently published a final rule that revised Test Methods, Performance Specifications, and Testing Regulations for Air Emission Sources. The effective date is October 31, 2016. In many cases, the updates were corrections to methods or procedures that EMS was already aware of and already implementing. Testers and facilities are responsible for implementing any changes.
