The New Jersey Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) publishes legal notices in accordance with P.L.2025, c.72, ensuring public access, transparency, and compliance with state law. This page serves as the official, public source for DVA’s legal notices.
All notices are available to the public free of charge. Notices remain posted for a minimum of one week and are retained in an online archive for at least one year after posting.

Rulemaking Notices
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-5.2(a)6ii(4)(A), DVA must post all rule proposals on our website for public comment. This page serves as the official, public source for DVA’s rule proposals and interested persons may submit comments to the contact listed on the proposal until the deadline indicated by using this form.
