A limited noncitizen standard certificate is:

• For instructional endorsements only
• Issued to citizens of other countries
• Non-renewable
• Valid for three years

The district must demonstrate to the executive county superintendent that it is unable to locate a qualified teacher with the required certification for the position. Contact your County Office of Education for additional information.
