New Jersey’s 19 county colleges offer many Career and Technical Education programs at the postsecondary college level.  These programs provide two-year Associate degrees or certificates, and many programs are articulated with programs at 4-year colleges and universities. 

College-level Perkins programs are approved by the colleges through their internal processes and through the relevant accrediting bodies.  Perkins eligibility is determined through a joint college committee under the auspices of the New Jersey Council of County Colleges.
