During the COVID-19 public health state of emergency, the State Board of Education will not be holding public testimony sessions. The State Board will continue to accept written comments on New Jersey Administrative Code rulemakings that are under consideration. Comments may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the comment links on the proposed rules webpage, or regular mail to the address below. Correspondence to the State Board regarding issues other than current rulemakings also may be sent via email or regular mail to the same addresses.
Anyone who would like to speak during a public testimony session may reserve time by registering online (once on Calendar of Events page, scroll down to find the date for the public testimony session and click on that link) or calling the State Board office at 609-376-9071. Please note that space and time are limited.
Individuals who are unable to be present at a public testimony session may submit written comments on the topic to be considered by the State Board of Education. Written comments may be emailed to email@example.com or mailed to the following address:
