What is the Summer Learning Institute?

The New Jersey Department of Education’s (NJDOE) Office of Special Education will be hosting the 2nd Annual Summer Learning Institute through the Learning Resource Centers (LRC) to empower educators and families with the knowledge and support they need to meet the needs of our diverse learners.

The theme for this year is “Progress through Partnership”. Each IDEA-funded project, in collaboration with an Office of Special Education specialist, will host a three-week learning series.

Schedule of Events and Registration Process

Professional learning opportunities will take place between July 8th and July 26th.

Session Offerings

• In-person sessions will be held from 9AM to 12PM.
• Virtual sessions will be held from 10:30AM to 12PM.
