Governor Murphy Announces Flags to Remain at Half-Staff Through the Day of Officer Brian Sicknick’s Interment

In light of reports this weekend that funeral services for United States Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick will be held at the U.S. Capitol, signifying a period of national mourning, per proper protocol, Governor Phil Murphy announced today that all U.S. and New Jersey flags that are being lowered tomorrow to half-staff shall remain at half-staff through the day of Officer Sicknick’s interment.
