Acting Governor Way Ends Storm-Related State of Emergency

TRENTON – Acting Governor Way today lifted the States of Emergency declared through Executive Order No. 392 on Monday, July 14, 2025 and Executive Order 394 on Thursday, July 31, 2025 due to the severe storms that struck New Jersey on those days. With the signing of Executive Order No. 395, the States of Emergency were terminated across all 21 counties in New Jersey effective at 12:00 p.m. on August 8, 2025.
