Art Competition 2024
About The Competition:
The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission ("PVSC"), a statutory agency of the State of New Jersey located in Newark, is inviting students in grades 11 and 12 to draw, paint or otherwise design original artwork in connection with the 2024 PVSC Art Competition.
Requirements:
- Artwork submitted must be the original work of the student
- Students must be currently enrolled in grades 11 and 12
- Artwork is limited to one entry per student
- Artwork must be submitted in standard image format
- Art can represent the following media: drawing and painting (i.e., pencil, charcoal, pastels, colored pencils, oil paints, acrylics), and original digital creations.
Awards:
1st Place: $3,000 2nd Place: $2,000 3rd Place: $1,000

Begin: February 1, 2024
Conclude: March 22, 2024
