USTR’s Request for Comment on Unfair Trade Practices by Other Countries (Time-Sensitive)

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), per a Federal Register Notice on February 20, 2025, issued a request for comments to assist in the review and identification of unfair trade practices by other countries. The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is responsible for developing and coordinating U.S. international trade, commodity, and direct investment policy, and overseeing negotiations with other countries.

NJ Pavilion Returning to Summer Fancy Food Show 2025
The New Jersey Business Action Center (NJBAC) is proud to announce its participation as a State Pavilion for the third year in a row at the 69th Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, which will be held June 29 – July 1, 2025 at the Jacob Javits Center. NJBAC and its Office of Export Promotion (OEP) will share information with show attendees about export opportunities, the New Jersey State Trade Expansion Program (NJ STEP), and other business services and resources. The NJ STEP initiative is funded in part by the Small Business Administration (SBA). NJBAC and OEP will be hosting 15 New Jersey-based companies new to exporting, poised for growth with global exports.
Businesses wishing to join the 2025 NJ State Pavilion will be able to apply beginning March 3. All businesses seeking to participate must meet the criteria designated by the OEP Team listed below. Applicants will be evaluated on a first come, first served competitive basis.
Criteria for the 2025 New Jersey State Pavilion:
1. New to Exporting
2. Small Business (as defined by the SBA)
3. In Business for at Least One (1) Year
4. Located in New Jersey
5. Established in Domestic Sales
6. Registered Business in New Jersey
7. In Good Standing with NJ State Division of Taxation
8. Export Ready
9. Product must contain a minimum of 51% U.S. Content
10. Available June 29 – July 1, 2025
