PURPOSE: To update and provide clarification and additional information related to the implementation and installation of health and safety measures as part of the Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). This guidance also provides recommendations to Grantees as they develop their Health and Safety Plans and procedures.
