FY 2014 Annual Obligation Reports

The FY 2014 Annual Obligation Reports describe the amount funds obligated for Federal-aid highways and highway construction programs during the preceding fiscal year (all federal fund types) for funds programmed in the FY 2014-2023 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). These reports, which are provided to the public by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in a user-friendly format, list projects and programs and display the amount of funds obligated in FY 2014.

The FY 2014 Annual Listing of Obligation Reports are sorted by each Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) area, with a separate report for New Jersey Department of Transportation statewide line items. Projects that received an authorization of federal funds using program authority from a statewide line item are listed individually, where practical. Third-party funds are also displayed as “Other” or “PANY&NJ” funds.

Additionally, the Department makes available reports of State-funded (Transportation Trust Fund) projects and programs. Finally, NJ TRANSIT’s Obligation (Year-End) Report displays both federal and State-funded obligations by program.
