FY 2012 Annual Obligation Reports
Overview
In accordance with the "Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act” or the “MAP-21”, the New Jersey Department of Transportation is making available to the public, in a user-friendly format via the Internet, reports that describe the amount obligated for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs during the preceding fiscal year (all federal fund types). These reports list federally funded projects and display the obligations received for FY 2012. The FY 2012 Annual Listing of Obligated Projects reports are sorted by each MPO area and New Jersey Transit, with a separate report for New Jersey Department of Transportation statewide line items as programmed in the FY 2012-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Projects that received an authorization of federal funds using program authority from a statewide line item are listed individually, where practical. Additionally, the Department and New Jersey Transit make available reports of State-funded projects and programs.
