2026 -2027 New Jersey State FFA Executive Board

State President – Breanna Rosmarin

Breanna is currently a sophomore at Rutgers University, majoring in Agriculture and Food Systems through the five-year teacher preparation program. Her leadership experiences include more than five years serving as a 4-H club officer, two years as a county ambassador and fair queen, two years as a club board member and coach for her high school's speech and debate team, three years as a chapter officer for the Freehold FFA Chapter, and her service this year as the New Jersey FFA Vice President.  Throughout her time in FFA, Breanna has placed first at the state level in five Career Development Events and has competed nationally in four of them, including Agricultural Communications, Employment Skills, Marketing Plan, and Parliamentary Procedure. She has also achieved success in livestock showmanship through 4-H and in speech and debate competitions through the New Jersey Speech and Debate League.  When asked what FFA means to her, Breanna says, “To me, FFA means providing students, regardless of their background, with opportunities to become involved in an organization that prioritizes agricultural education, leadership development, and personal growth.”

State Vice President – Peter DelCollo

Peter is currently a senior at Delaware Valley University, where he is majoring in Animal Science with a specialization in Livestock Science and Management. He has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as President and Secretary of the Cumberland Regional FFA Chapter, Class Secretary for the Class of 2025, and, most recently, New Jersey FFA State Sentinel.  Among Peter's notable accomplishments are being named the 2025 New Jersey FFA Member of the Year, the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Youth of the Year, and earning his associate degree while still in high school. His Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes Creed Speaking, Floriculture, Food Science and Technology, Horse Evaluation, Milk Quality and Products, and Prepared Public Speaking.  After earning his bachelor’s degree in animal science, Peter plans to pursue a master's degree in Agricultural Education with the goal of becoming a high school agriculture teacher and FFA advisor.  When asked what FFA means to him, Peter says, "To me, FFA is a community where opportunities are discovered, experiences are built, and lasting friendships and impacts are created."

State Secretary - Kayla Romero

Kayla is currently a sophomore at Stockton University, majoring in Environmental Science. She previously served as chapter president and chapter parliamentarian for the Middlesex East Brunswick FFA Chapter. Her Career Development Event (CDE) involvement includes Floral Design, Floriculture, Food Science and Technology, Fruit and Vegetable Evaluation, and Veterinary Science, as well as participation in the Horticultural Exposition. Her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) consists of working at a local farm and shadowing her agricultural education teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sister.  Over the last year, Kayla has served as the New Jersey FFA Secretary and has gained valuable leadership experience. Through the skills and opportunities FFA has provided, she aspires to become an agricultural teacher and educate the next generation about the importance of agriculture.  When asked what FFA means to her, Kayla says, “To me, FFA is so much more than a student organization. It is my future, and it has given me the tools to achieve my goals.”

State Treasurer – Elizabeth Noreen

Elizabeth will continue pursuing her passion for agriculture through her employment at Baldwin Farms. Throughout her time in FFA, she has served as a chapter officer for all four years of her membership, holding the positions of President for two years, Junior President, and Junior Historian for the Warren Hills FFA Chapter. She has chaired 25 committees, including those responsible for the Chapter Officer Retreat, FFA Week, Food for America, and the Annual Banquet.  Elizabeth has competed in the Horse Evaluation Career Development Event (CDE) at the state level twice and at the national level once. She has also participated in the Veterinary Science CDE, Safe Tractor Operations CDE twice, and the Milk Quality and Products CDE.  When asked what FFA means to her, Elizabeth says, "A quote that highlights what FFA means to me is, 'The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one who gets people to do the greatest things.' — Ronald Reagan."

 

State Reporter – Grace Campbell

Grace is a senior at East Brunswick Magnet School–Middlesex County and plans to attend Rowan University in the fall of 2027 to study Veterinary Science. She recently served as Secretary and Sentinel of the Middlesex East Brunswick FFA Chapter. In these leadership positions, she organized the chapter's first-ever Greenhand Degree Ceremony, led multiple community service activities, and assisted in planning the annual chapter banquet.  Her Career Development Event (CDE) involvement includes Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Environmental and Natural Resources, Food Science and Technology, Forestry, Fruits and Vegetables, Livestock Evaluation, and Nursery/Landscape, as well as participation in the Horticultural Exposition.  When asked what FFA means to her, Grace says, "To me, FFA isn't just an organization that allows me to compete and showcase my accomplishments; it is an organization that welcomes everyone and provides a place where they can belong. Whether someone runs a farm, shows livestock, or has never stepped foot on a farm, there is something for everyone in FFA. FFA is not just about personal achievements it is about celebrating the successes of all members and supporting the future of agriculture."

State Sentinel – Jacob Bramble

Jacob will attend Rowan University this fall, where he plans to major in Psychology. Throughout high school, he has served as President and Treasurer of the Delsea Regional FFA Chapter. His Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes Extemporaneous Public Speaking, Floriculture, and Fruits and Vegetables, as well as participation in the Horticultural Exposition.  Some of Jacob's proudest accomplishments include being selected as Member of the Month in both September and March, serving on the State FFA Nominating Committee, and earning his State FFA Degree.  When asked what FFA means to him, Jacob shares the quote: "If you're serious about changing your life, you'll find a way. If you're not, you'll find an excuse." — Jen Sincero

 

State Parliamentarian– Kai Wilson

Kai will attend Rutgers University in the fall to study Agricultural Education with a minor in Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resources, with the goal of pursuing a career as an agricultural educator and animal conservationist. She has served in multiple leadership roles, including chapter vice president, chapter historian, and Building Communities Committee chair for the Middlesex East Brunswick FFA Chapter.  While holding these positions, she planned and executed chapter events, documented chapter activities, and assisted in maintaining the chapter’s POA. Her Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes Agricultural Communications, Land Judging, and Veterinary Science, as well as participation in the Horticultural Exposition.  When asked what FFA means to her, Kai says, “To me, FFA means being part of a community that loves agriculture and strives to grow as individuals and leaders every day.”

State Executive Committee Chair – Kathryn Giovanelli

Kathryn is currently attending Penn Foster, where she is studying to become a veterinary technician. She recently served as the New Jersey FFA State President. Her Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes Creed Speaking, Farm and Agribusiness Management, Horse Evaluation, Land Judging, Meats Evaluation and Technology, Turf Management, and Veterinary Science. Her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) consists of raising and caring for goats, breeding and selling Holland Lop rabbits, and working at Asprocolas Acres.

State Executive Committee Member – Abigale DiGiamberardino

Abigale recently attended Hammington EMS Program majoring to become an Emergency Medical Technician.  She recently served as the New Jersey FFA State Treasurer. Her Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes the Agricultural Issues Forum, Fruits and Vegetables, and Veterinary Science. For her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), Abi works at a local oyster farm, where she helps raise, harvest, and market oysters to ensure they meet high-quality standards.

State Executive Committee Member – Aaron Foote

Aaron will attend SUNY Cobleskill this fall, where he plans to major in Beef and Livestock Studies with the goal of opening his own butcher shop. He recently served as the New Jersey FFA State Parliamentarian. His Career and Leadership Development Event (CDE/LDE) involvement includes Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Livestock Evaluation, Meats Evaluation and Technology, and Poultry Evaluation. For his Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), Aaron breeds and raises market hogs.
