DESCRIPTION
New Jersey FFA Scholarships are awarded to students who are or will be receiving postsecondary education in the coming school year. One application makes students eligible for consideration in several scholarships.  Most scholarships awarded are for students pursuing an agricultural major, and some scholarships are dedicated to a specific chapter or region in the state.  All scholarships are sponsored through special funds of the New Jersey FFA Foundation.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Applicants must appear on the roster of an FFA chapter in good standing with the New Jersey State FFA Association.
2. The application must be submitted through AET (Submission List) by April 1st or date listed in the current Calendar of Events.
3. There is no limit to the number of applicants from a chapter.
4. The student must be attending or planning to attend a postsecondary institution in order to apply (colleges, universities, tech programs, etc.)
5. The scholarship will be sent directly to the student but made payable to the postsecondary institution.
6. The scholarship will be forfeited if the requested documentation is not received by August 1 and/or the check is not deposited by December 31 during the year of application.
