Course Description
The electronic Cost Accounting and Timesheet System (eCATS) is the method utilized by NJ State employees to record and track work hours and benefit leave data through an electronic timesheet. This online training course will show you basic eCATS functions and how to successfully use the system.
Learning Objectives
In this online course you will learn:
- How to log into eCATS
- How to create and change your password
- How to navigate the eCATS desktop
- How to create a timesheet
- How to review your benefit leave summary
- How to request and donate leave
- How to review timesheet statuses
Registration
Follow these steps to access this eLearning course:
- Log in to your myNJ portal page - www.nj.gov
- Click the eLearning link
- Click the 'Learning and Metrics' tab
- Click 'Catalog'
- Type 'eCATS for Users' in the Search field
- Click the title of the course
- Click 'Enroll'
- Click 'Launch'
This course can also be found in the Catalog under the 'Featured Courses' tab.
