This is an eight-hour class for first-time homebuyers presented by Catholic Charities Housing Counseling Program. At the end of the course, all participants will receive a certificate of completion that can be used for to fulfill the homeownership education requirement for Home Possible Mortgages. A light lunch and all learning materials will be provided to all participants.
 
Date: Saturday, March 3, 2018, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 
Location: Mt. Carmel Guild Academy, 100 Valley Way, West Orange, N.J.
 
Seating is limited, and pre-registration is required by Feb. 28. OPEN ONLY to New Jersey residents in Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Union, Middlesex, Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May and Monmouth counties. Low to Moderate income only*
