Contract Award Process: How to become a DCF contractor?
The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) procures contracts with third party providers of services and training for the benefit of children and families. The Office of Grants, Integrity, and Auditing (GIA) of DCF administers a fair and open procurement process that allows for public competition through the development and processing of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
