In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6), this is annual notice of the 2026 Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission meeting schedule.

Meetings of the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission are held the third Wednesday of the month, at 10:00 a.m., at the Commission offices at 33 Risler Street, Stockton, NJ, 08559.  The public may also attend and participate or comment both in person and by means of online platform and teleconference.  Remote access information is available on the Commission website:  www.nj.gov/dep/drcc.

Formal action will be taken at these meetings.
