Proposed Lease Agreement between the New Jersey Water Supply Authority, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Commission, and the New Jersey American Water Company, Inc., for the continued lease of approximately 28,000 square feet of State property, owned by the DEP and designated as Block 5101.01, Lot 5.01 on the tax maps of the Township of Lawrence, Mercer County.
