Staff of the Economic Regulation Unit will be available to assist companies with completing their 2017 CPCN Annual Report including notary assistance at the 2018 SWANA Conference in Atlantic City on April 12-13.  Please contact Guy Fasanella (contact info below) for scheduling and more information).


NJDEP is offering notary services for solid waste collectors, brokers and disposal facilities to complete the 2017 Annual CPCN Report. A notary will be available at the following locations at the dates/times given below.
