Frias, knowingly provided false and misleading information to the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies on a statement of no loss dated June 4, 2019.  Specifically, Ms. Frias stated that her vehicle had not been involved in any accidents since the policy lapsed on May 22, 2019, when in fact, the vehicle was involved in an accident on June 2, 2019.
