DRBC staff has been busy this fall participating in outreach events throughout the Delaware River Basin.

     •  Phila. Parks and Recreation: Parks on Tap at Penn Treaty Park (Pa.)

     •  Phila. Parks and Recreation: Parks on Tap at Borski Park (Pa.)

     •  Friends of the Upper Delaware River (FUDR): RiverFest (N.Y.)

     •  Trenton RiverFest (N.J.)

     •  Delaware River Festival (Pa. & N.J.)

     •  Delaware Coast Day (Del.)

Getting out and engaging with our partners, publics and stakeholders is important, not only to connect with folks in their communities, but to educate about our work to manage, protect and improve the Basin's shared water resources.

Outreach focused on talking with folks about our Water Resources Resilience Plan (WRRP), which will help ensure resilient and sustainable water resources in a changing climate. The WRRP is being developed in three phases; we are currently in Phase 2 and collecting public input on what folks' biggest concerns are regarding climate change impacts to water resources.

Thanks to the organizers for their planning and hosting efforts - we appreciate being a part of these fun, free and family-focused events!
