The Landscaping and Grounds Keeping #2507 endorsement entitles the holder to teach in New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE)-approved career and technical education (CTE) courses in the following programs, and programs of study under the following Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) codes.

Candidates must submit a copy of their current New Jersey Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Note: A private Pesticide Applicator Certificate issued by the New Jersey Bureau of Pesticide Control will not be accepted as a substitute for the New Jersey Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificate.
Employment experience is only required if the candidate is obtaining certification using one of the following:
- Grade point average (GPA) exception under Option 1: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Option 2: Associate Degree with Employment Experience
- Option 3: Employment Experience Only
Candidates using option 1 without the GPA exception are not required to have employment experience.
