Candidates using engineering employment experience must submit a copy of their current New Jersey State occupational license appropriate for their engineering occupation if required by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Employment experience is only required if the candidate is obtaining certification using one of the following:

Candidates using option 1 without the GPA exception are not required to have employment experience.
