The School Occupational Therapist endorsement is required for service as an occupational therapist in preschool through grade 12.
To be eligible for the School Occupational Therapist standard certificate, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree Requirement
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Occupational Therapy Study Requirement
Complete of a program in occupational therapy from an approved school.
Licensure Requirement
A currently valid occupational therapist license issued by the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Advisory Council.
