The School Physical Therapist endorsement authorizes the holder to serve as a physical therapist in preschool through grade 12.

To be eligible for the School Physical Therapist standard certificate, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Complete a program in physical therapy from an accredited college or university.

A currently valid Physical Therapy license issued by the New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
