School Athletic Trainer Standard Certificate

The School Athletic Trainer certificate is required for service as a school athletic trainer in preschool through grade 12.
To be eligible for the School Athletic Trainer standard certificate, a candidate must meet the following requirements:
Degree Requirement
Hold a bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
Licensure Requirement
Satisfactorily complete the requirements established by the State Board of Medical Examiners for licensure as an athletic trainer. A candidate must submit a copy of their athletic trainer license.
