NJ Career Assistance Navigator 360 (NJCAN 360)

The New Jersey Career Assistance Navigator 360 (NJCAN 360) is an Internet-based career navigation system for accurate, comprehensive, current, and relevant occupational, post-secondary school, and financial aid information.  This resource is funded by the New Jersey Department of Education, and all user services and training are provided by intoCareers at the University of Oregon.

Through the NJCAN 360 experience, students will discover their interests, achieve personal career goals, plan for post-secondary options, and find the right individual career path to success for them.  This resource will help students to develop the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and skills to become career ready.

NJCAN 360 also contains the latest national, New Jersey, and local labor market data and projections updated regularly by the New Jersey Department of Labor as well as resources for those seeking employment.

NJCAN 360 is designed to support lifelong career exploration, and career planning and decision-making through easy to use, straightforward search and sorting engines, and an online portfolio for saving information from all system components that can be monitored by staff members.
