New Jersey Pathways to Postsecondary Success
New Jersey Pathways to Postsecondary Success was made possible through funding from the US Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration with the goal of enhancing access to transition services for children and youth with disabilities through partnerships that can help improve educational and competitive integrated employment outcomes. The grant project focuses on improving interagency collaboration of transition services and creating a state-wide Transition Hub website that incorporates user-friendly resources on transition services for children and youth with disabilities. This will be achieved by the following objectives:
