TRENTON – Today, Governor Sherrill signed the following bills into law:
S-3386/A-5258 - (Sarlo/Karabinchak) - Authorizes use of campaign funds for security expenses of candidate, officeholder, staff, and certain family members.
S-4307/A-5251 - (Diegnan, Beach/Moen, Rowan, Karabinchak) - “New Jersey History Day Act.”
S-4495/A-5321 - (McKeon, Steinhardt/Collazos-Gill, Sweeney) - Allows use of Green Acres funds to fully fund certain projects on State-owned land by certain nonprofit organizations.
