TRENTON – Today, Governor Sherrill signed the following bills into law: 

S-1493/A-3381 (Cryan, Singer/Stanley) - Updates requirements for licensure in occupational therapy.

S-4113/A-4821 (Diegnan, Johnson/Hutchison, Karabinchak, Murphy) - Enters New Jersey into Athletic Trainer Compact.

S-4162/A-4959 (McKeon, Greenstein/Swain, Greenwald, Simmons) - "Affordable Power Purchase Agreements Extension Act"; concerns extension of certain public entity contracts related to energy conservation and renewable energy production.

A-2391/S-149 (Moen, Sauickie, Clifton/Holzapfel, Diegnan) - Authorizes creation of "250th Anniversary Revolutionary War" license plates.

A-4007/S-3403 (Bailey, Stanley/Burzichelli) - Requires sellers of real property to disclose presence of dams.

A-4761/S-4010 (Stewart, Abdelaziz, Calabrese/Wimberly, McKnight) - Authorizes funding for on-demand micro transit service under Senior Citizen and Disabled Resident Transportation Assistance Program.

AJR-119/SJR-143 (Carter, Kennedy, Coughlin/Scutari) - Designates November 7 of each year as "Shwachman Diamond Syndrome Awareness Day" in New Jersey.
