Healthy New Jersey
Overall Health Measures
Similar to a State/Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan, the federal Healthy People initiative sets data-driven national objectives to improve health and well-being. Healthy People's Overall Health and Well-Being Measures (OHMs) are broad, global outcome measures intended to summarize and evaluate progress toward achieving Healthy People objectives. OHMs do not have targets.1
