Rapid HIV testing is available throughout New Jersey at publicly funded HIV counseling and testing sites. Most sites offer rapid HIV counseling and testing free of charge.
The AIDS Drug Distribution Program provides life-sustaining and life-prolonging medications to low income individuals with no other source of payment for these drugs.
The Division compiles statistical data on the number of persons living with HIV/AIDS in the various counties and municipalities of New Jersey.
The Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) program assists low-income, uninsured and under insured persons with HIV obtain comprehensive health care coverage.
The Division facilitates a variety of HIV-related education and training resources across the state.
