Rapid HIV testing is available throughout New Jersey at publicly funded HIV counseling and testing sites. Most sites offer rapid HIV counseling and testing free of charge.
The AIDS Drug Distribution Program provides life-sustaining and life-prolonging medications to low income individuals with no other source of payment for these drugs.
The Division compiles statistical data on the number of persons living with HIV/AIDS in the various counties and municipalities of New Jersey.
The New Jersey Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP) is a special program for New Jersey residents with HIV or AIDS. This program allows you to keep your health insurance when you can no longer work or when you can only work part time.
The Division facilitates a variety of HIV-related education and training resources across the state.
