The Hunger, Food Security, and Maternal Health web experience application is an interactive tool illustrating how food access, maternal and infant health conditions are intertwined, as well as highlighting NJ Department of Health programmatic interventions aimed at reducing food insecurity.
This interactive tool includes:
- Community level mapping exploring the connections between food security, maternal, infant and child health, as well as other social determinants of health.
- Connects members of the public with programmatic interventions, such as WIC, SNAP, and Healthy Corner Stores across New Jersey.
