Department of Health Proposes to Amend Appendix Governing Nuisances in N.J.A.C. 8:52, Public Health Practice Standards of Performance for Local Boards of Health in New Jersey
The Office of Local Public Health in the Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories, and Emergency Preparedness of the Public Health Services Branch of the Department of Health (Department) is proposing to amend N.J.A.C. 8:52, Public Health Practice Standards of Performance for Local Boards of Health in New Jersey. The amendment would remove provisions governing nuisances in the Appendix to N.J.A.C. 8:52 that the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, determined to be unconstitutional.
The proposal appears in the August 17, 2015, issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until October 16, 2015, to comment on the proposal.
