Department of Health Proposes Amendment at N.J.A.C. 8:45-2.1, Which Establishes the Newborn Screening Program Fee
The Newborn Screening Laboratory in the Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories and Emergency Preparedness of the Department of Health, proposes an amendment at N.J.A.C. 8:45-2.1, which establishes the newborn screening program fee. The proposed amendment would increase the fee for the newborn screening program from $90 per live birth to $150 per live birth.
The proposal appears in the August 1, 2016 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until September 30, 2016 to comment on the proposal.
