The proposed readoption would continue the standards by which the Department of Health (Department) assesses and collects fees applicable to certain categories of licensed ambulatory care facilities based on those facilities’ annual gross receipts, in accordance with the Health Care Facilities Planning Act, N.J.S.A. 26:2H-1, et seq., particularly at 26:2H-5 and 18.57. The proposed amendments would include amending definitions, adding instructions for electronic payment submission, and updating contact information and website addresses, to name a few.
