The Health, Education and Literacy Project (H.E.L.P.) is a "user friendly" resource to improve access to health information as it relates to mental health and addiction. H.E.L.P. provides access to educational information that is accurate and actionable. The goal of this H.E.L.P. website is to assist people to make well-informed decisions regarding their care, or the care of a loved one.
