Information about Notices of Proposal is posted on this site by the Department of Law and Public Safety to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-4 to inform the public about pending rules. The official text of the proposal is published in the New Jersey Register issue for the date indicated. To access a particular Register notice, follow these steps:
