Received a Notice

The New Jersey Central Forms Repository allows you to securely reply to RetireReady NJ notices online.

If you received a notice from us, the Reference ID can be found in the top right corner of the notice.

If you want to register your business for the RetireReady NJ program, do not submit your employee records or other documents here. Instead, select Register your Business above.

File Formats We Accept

These are the file types we allow for upload: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .tiff, .png, .xls and .xlsx

  • Convert physical documents to digital form by using a scanner or taking a picture with your cell phone.
  • Ensure the documents are legible and you submit all documents requested on the notice.
  • You cannot upload a locked file or a password-protected file.

Set up Access

Register to use the Central Forms Depository to reply to RetireReady NJ notices online.

  1. After going to the link, select Register Now below the login box.
  2. Select New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program – RetireReady NJ from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose Personal Registration if you own, manage, or service multiple companies as an owner, manager, accountant, human resources or administrative specialist, or similar role. That will allow you to submit documents for different companies now and in the future. If you will be using your account to submit documents for only one business, you can choose Company Registration.
  4. Choose a username and enter the information requested. Click Next to complete the information on the second tab. If you have a Central Forms Depository account for another agency, you must select a separate username for your RetireReady NJ account.
  5. Make sure you record your Username and Password. You will need it each time you submit documents.
  6. Once you have entered the information on both tabs, click Submit to submit your information.
  7. You can now log in with your new username and password and begin to upload documents.

If you have any difficulties registering or logging in, contact the Central Forms Depository.
