Ms. Dominguez then purchased a new personal auto policy for the same vehicle on March 22, 2022.  Ms. Dominquez then pursued a claim for the same damages but now dated the loss as April 23, 2022.

Respondent, Fiora Jones, did knowingly provide materially false and misleading information to Cure Auto Insurance Company on May 2, 2023 and June 21, 2023, in recorded phone calls, by stating that her policy vehicle sustained damage on April 30, 2023, when, in fact, the loss occurred on February 27, 2023, prior to the addition of collision coverage to her auto insurance policy.
