(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route I-280 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Essex County: |

i. In the City of Newark: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 14.53). |

In Hudson County: |

i. In the Town of Harrison: |
