Harvest Fuel Relief (HFR) Program - Request for fuel consumption and pricing data
USDA is currently requesting fuel consumption and pricing data from non-Title I crop operations, including specialty crop producers, as well as commercial fishing operations. This information will help USDA better understand increased fuel costs and determine potential payment rates.
