GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Plans and conducts studies of operations relating to the development or revision of operational procedures. Tests, maintains and monitors systems and computer programs. Provides training and assistance to users. Prepares project schedules. Troubleshoots system failures or viruses. Performs special projects and other duties as needed.
