Course Description
A two-day certificate program that aligns the skills needed for processing change with a critical thinking mindset. This certificate program will help participants better adapt to change and will guide participants though various analytical and problem-solving methods that can prevent reactive thinking habits. Participants will also discover ways to contribute to a successful change implementation.

Please complete the HR-1 Training Authorization Form to request classroom training. Your direct supervisor, departmental training coordinator and fiscal officer must approve the form. HR-1's received without proper approval will be returned to the Department's Training Coordinator.
