Taking Flight with DISC is a high-energy training program, based on the DISC model of behavioral self-assessment, that gives participants a better understanding of themselves, their coworkers, and how they relate to one another in the workplace. In this 6-hour program, participants will learn techniques for mastering their distinctive dispositional style, as represented by the four birds in Merrick Rosenberg’s popular and proven personality paradigm. Taking Flight with DISC gives every participant the tools they need to communicate more constructively, manage conflict, build team cohesion, and lead effectively in their own unique voice and their own unique way. “Taking flight” takes many different forms for different people, but by the conclusion of this course, every participant will be prepared to spread their wings and soar to new heights.
