Diverse State
As awareness of our state’s amazing diversity grows, so too do we recognize the significant contribution diversity and equity can lend to our government, armed forces, businesses, and communities.
As such, in accordance with Executive Order No.319, DMA has created the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging office. Our goal is to listen, learn, and strive towards greater incorporation of voices from all of New Jersey’s vibrant communities
