NJDOH Proposes to Readopt the Specially Adopted Amendments and New Rules: N.J.A.C. 8:36-1.3 and 13A, 8:37-1.2 and 10, 8:39-1.2 and 39A, and 8:43-1.3 and 17, Governing the Prevention of Social Isolation of Long-Term Care Facility Residents
On September 21, 2023, the New Jersey Department of Health (Department) specially adopted amendments and new rules at N.J.A.C. 8:36-1.3 and 13A, 8:37-1.2 and 10, 8:39-1.2 and 39A, and 8:43-1.3 and 17, governing the prevention of social isolation of long-term care facility residents. The Department is proposing to readopt the specially adopted amendments and new rules.
The Notice of Proposal appears in the October 21, 2024, issue of the New Jersey Register. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must submit written comments either electronically by December 20, 2024, to nj.gov/health/legal/rules/notice-of-rule-proposals/ecomments.shtml or by regular mail postmarked on or before December 20, 2024, to Kimberly E.
