The New Jersey Career Accelerator Internship Grant Program supports paid internship opportunities for New Jersey college students with employers across the state. Through this program, participating employers receive grant funding to hire interns and provide hands-on career experience in a wide range of industries. Available internship opportunities are listed in the PDFs accessible in the menu below and organized by industry.

How to Apply

Important: Students apply directly to the employer for each internship opportunity. Applications are not submitted through this website or the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education.

• Review the industry PDFs by clicking "Internship Opportunities by Industry" in the dropdown below. You will find participating employers and internship opportunities within each PDF.
• Follow the application instructions listed in each posting. Each employer manages their own recruitment and hiring process.
• Employers are recruiting on a rolling basis, and positions may be filled before the final deadline.
• Apply as soon as possible. Employers participating in the program must identify their selected interns by April 10.

Students are encouraged to review the listings carefully and apply directly to opportunities that match their interests and qualifications.
